Abstract
Financijska tržišta predstavljaju bitan segment u poslovanju privatnih i javnih poduzeća. Način na koji posluju i situacije na globalnom tržištu uvelike utječu na likvidnost i ekonomski status poduzeća. Financijska kriza nije stran pojam, meĎutim mnoga poduzeća nisu u mogućnosti opstati za vrijeme krize. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati način na koji financijska tržišta posluju, koje su najveće svjetske burze, razlike izmeĎu njih, te kako financijske krize utječu na burze i poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Financial markets represent an important segment in the operations of private and public companies. The way they operate and the situations in the global market greatly affect the liquidity and economic status of the company. The financial crisis is not a foreign concept, however many companies are not able to survive during the crisis. The aim of this paper is to show the way financial markets operate, which are the world's largest stock exchanges, the differences between them, and how financial crises affect companies.
