Abstract
Klasteri su međusobno umrežena poduzeća koja povezuju gospodarske subjekte zajedničkom tehnologijom, zajedničkim kupcima i distributivnim lancima ili zajedničkim udruženim radom, a temeljeni su na teoriji konkurentnosti. Umrežavanje poduzetnika jedna je od ključnih uloga u poduzetništvu i vodeće načelo za uspješno funkcioniranje i postizanje poduzetničkih ciljeva. Poduzetništvo je bez umrežavanja neproduktivno i nefunkcionalno. Udruživanje i bilo koja vrsta partnerstva potiču zadovoljne poduzetnike, a s druge strane i zadovoljne potrošače. Očito je da jedno potiče drugo, pa su uspješna međusobna povezanost i djelovanje poduzetnika preduvjet koji će također dovesti do uspješne proizvodnje i razvoja novih proizvoda koji će zadovoljiti potrošača. Stoga poduzetnik teži da ostane inovativan i konkurentan.
Abstract (english)
Clusters are interconnected enterprises that connect economic operators with common technology, joint customers and distribution chains or joint labor, based on the theory of competitiveness. Entrepreneurial networking is one of the key roles in entrepreneurship and a guiding principle for the successful functioning and achievement of entrepreneurial goals. Without networking, entrepreneurship is unproductive and dysfunctional. Association and any kind of partnership encourage satisfied entrepreneurs and, on the other hand, satisfied customers. It is obvious that one encourages the other, so successful interconnection and the actions of the entrepreneur are a prerequisite that will also lead to successful production and development of new products that will satisfy the consumer. Therefore, the entrepreneur strives to remain innovative and competitive.
