Leasing omogućava korištenje imovine bez potpune kupnje, a venture capital i private equity fondovi ulažu novac u startupove ili druge tvrtke s velikim potencijalom rasta. Suvremeni načini financiranja nude tvrtkama više opcija za prikupljanje novca, no treba uzeti u obzir i rizike i uvjete povezane s tim izvorima financiranja. |
Sažetak (engleski) | In order for any business project to be successful, it is necessary to secure financial resources for the business idea. In addition to traditional, classical sources of financing that are still most commonly used, including loans, leasing, and factoring, and recently, increasingly, financing through European Union funds, new forms of financing are also emerging that significantly facilitate market placement. Modern ways of financing business include traditional sources such as banks and owner investments, but also new sources such as crowdfunding, peer-to-peer lending, factoring, leasing, venture capital, and private equity funds. Crowdfunding enables the collection of money from a larger number of people, while peer-to-peer loans are made directly between the lender and the borrower through online platforms. Factoring involves the sale of outstanding claims in order to obtain cash. Leasing allows the use of assets without complete purchase, and venture capital and private equity funds invest money in startups or other companies with high growth potential. Modern forms of financing offer companies more options for raising money, but it is important to consider the risks and conditions associated with these sources of financing. In order for an investor to decide which project to invest in, it is necessary to conduct business analysis and present a business plan. Key factors in this process include conducting a SWOT analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and reviewing the financial plan. |
