As the world grapples with climate change and resource depletion, companies in the technology industry are under increasing pressure to adopt green marketing strategies to reduce their impact on the planet. Apple Inc. stands out as a pioneering example of green marketing. With a commitment to environmental sustainability at the heart of its corporate philosophy, it has become a global leader in promoting environmental conservation and cultivating a positive green image for its brand. Through a combination of innovative product design, renewable energy initiatives, and responsible sourcing, Apple has demonstrated a holistic approach to reducing its environmental footprint. The aim of this paper is to define the importance of green marketing in the technology industry, analyze sustainability efforts, elucidate Apple's green marketing tactics, and explore how these tactics impact the brand image. For this work, the method of qualitative and thematic analysis of green marketing strategies and sustainability efforts of Apple Inc. was used. It is concluded that aligning corporate values with environmental efforts and responsibility not only improves profitability and brand reputation but also contributes to a more environmentally conscious world. Ultimately, the paper highlights the potential of the technology sector to act as a catalyst for positive change through innovative environmental marketing initiatives.
