O.P.G. Pushkadija is located on a private property near Osijek in the village of Vardarac. The apiary is located on the edge of the Kopački rit Nature Park in the former Danube river bed, just 10 kilometers from the city on the Drava-Osijek. On the private property there are 50 beehives, a space for returning honey and producing a variety of bee products. Opg is engaged in the production of honey, pollen and propolis. It mainly sells its products at the doorstep and at the wholesale level. The organization has the capacity to expand its activities to educate and present the importance of bees and the nutritional and medicinal importance of bee products in life. Each marketing plan has its own vision, mission and goals. The mission is to educate young people about the importance of the bee by producing bee products, educating target groups and selling them. Considering a marketing strategy that depends on the specific socio-economic environment. The environment is divided into microenvironment and macroenvironment. Beekeeping tourism offers the opportunity to embark on a journey that will enrich their lives through learning about the diverse natural and cultural environments. Based on this marketing plan, more specifically on the basis of SWOT analysis, the current state, strengths and weaknesses of the company and its chances and danger to the environment were examined.
