Abstract
U današnje vrijeme za održivost i uspješnost poduzeća važno je dobro upravljati proizvodima (pojedinačnim, linijama, ali i ukupnim asortimanom). Temeljni cilj i zadatak upravljanja asortimanom je organizirati kategoriju proizvoda tako da se upravo taj određeni brend istakne na zatrpanim policama i da se zadovolje potrebe kupaca. Najveći izazov kod upravljanja asortimana je ograničeni prodajni prostor, nedovoljan broj polica te kako na najbolji mogući način složiti sve te proizvode da ih kupac uoči. Kad upravljamo asortimanom, važno je imati dovoljnu količinu proizvoda na zalihama, pogotovo ako je riječ o nekoj promociji ili ako je naš proizvod frekventan. Poduzeće Kraš d.d. naglašava svoju kvalitetu, unapređuje asortiman te brine o svojim kupcima.
Abstract (english)
Today, the sustainability and succes of the company is important to well managed products (individual, lines, but and overall portfolio). The basic goal and task of managing the range is to organize the product category so that this particular brand stands out on the cluttered shelves and meets the needs of the customers. The biggest challenge in managing the range is limited sales space, insufficient number of shelves and how to best put together all of these products for the customer to spot. When managing an assortment, it`s important to have a sufficient amount of product in stock, especially if it`s a promotion or if our product is a frequent product. Company Kraš d.d. emphasizes its quality, enhances its range and cares for its customers.
