Abstract
U završnom radu određen je pojam i obilježja marketinga s posebnim naglaskom na marketing usluga te elemenata koji čine marketinški splet. Navedene su i objašnjena sva obilježja svakog pojedinog čimbenika marketinškog miksa kao i okruženje koje utječe na isti. Isto tako pojašnjava se i važnost upravljanja različitostima u pružanju usluge te upravljanje kvalitetom usluge. Kvaliteta usluge posebno je važna za marketinški proces ugostiteljskih objekata jer izravno utječe na konkurentnost. Glavni dio završnog rada analizira marketinški miks na primjeru Leggiero barova. U tu svrhu analizirana je usluga, proizvod (ponuda), cijena, distribucija, promocija te usklađenost pojedinih čimbenika marketinškog miksa. Također je prikazan i politika poslovanja kojom se nastoje diferencirati u odnosu na konkurenciju koja je također istražena za potrebe analize. Svi elementi marketinškog miksa su usklađeni, što potvrđuje njihov uspješan rast i razvoj ponude za svoje potrošače.
Abstract (english)
The final paper defines the concept and characteristics of marketing with special emphasis on the marketing of services and the elements of marketing mix. An explanation of all the characteristics of each individual factor of the marketing mix as well as the environment that affects it is also given. It also clarifies the importance of managing diversity in service delivery and service quality management. Service quality is especially important for the marketing process of catering facilities because it directly affects competitiveness. The main part of the final paper analyzes the marketing mix through the example of Leggiero bars. For this purpose, the service, product (offer), price, distribution, promotion and compliance of individual factors of the marketing mix were analyzed. It also presents a business policy that seeks to differentiate from the competition, which is also expressed for the purposes of analysis. All elements of the marketing mix are harmonized, which confirms their successful growth and development of the offer for their consumers.
