Abstract
Tijekom poduzetništva pojavljuju se brojni rizici koji utječu na uspješnost poduzetničkog pothvata. Poduzetnik je primatelj rizika koji teži preuzimanju poslovnih rizika. Svaki poduzetnički pothvat sa sobom nosi dozu rizika koja se povećava ili smanjuje, ali i mijenja svoj oblik tijekom poslovanja. Svako poslovanje sa sobom nosi određene rizike i opasnosti, stoga upravljanje rizicima čini neizostavan korak u planiranju poslovanja i stvaranju poduzetničkog plana. U ovom radu provedena je analiza najčešćih poduzetničkih rizika i prikazani su temeljni načini upravljanja i kontrole poduzetničkih rizika te procedure kojima se od rizika može stvoriti poslovna prednost. Ukoliko poduzetnici žele ostvariti poslovni uspjeh, oni moraju u sklopu svojeg menadžmenta voditi značajnu brigu o upravljanju rizicima jer je svaki poduzetnički pothvat rizičan i upravo prihvaćanjem rizika i dobrim upravljanjem rizicima poduzetnici uspijevaju postići poslovni uspjeh. Kako je u ovom radu prikazano, temelj uspješnog suvremenog poduzetništva upravo je dobra kontrola i upravljanje rizicima.
Abstract (english)
During entrepreneurship, a number of risks arise that affect the success of an entrepreneurial venture. An entrepreneur is a recipient of risk who seeks to take business risk. Every entrepreneurial venture carries with it a dose of risk that increases or decreases or changes its shape during business. Every business carries with it certain risks and dangers and therefore risk management is an indispensable step in business planning and creating an entrepreneurial plan. In this thesis, an analysis of the most common entrepreneurial risks is performed and the basic ways of managing and controlling entrepreneurial risks and the procedure by which risks can create a business advantage are presented. If entrepreneurs want to achieve business success, they must take significant care of risk management within their management, because every entrepreneurial potential is risky, and it is by accepting risk and good risk management that entrepreneurs succeed in achieving business success. As shown in this thesis, the foundation of successful modern entrepreneurship is just good control and risk management.
