Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je zaštita dostojanstva radnika. Dostojanstvo radnika u Republici Hrvatskoj važan je oblik zaštite radnika. Dostojanstvo radnika na radu ugrožava se postupcima uznemiravanja, spolnog uznemiravanja, kao i raznih drugih oblika diskriminacije na temelju neke od zabranjenih diskriminacijskih osnova. Izravno se nalaže poslodavcu da se zaštiti dostojanstvo radnika. U radu je napravljena analiza antidiskriminacijskog prava u Republici Hrvatskoj, kao i poseban osvrt na mobing koji je u današnje vrijeme sve više zastupljen u radnoj okolini. Središnji dio rada posvećen je zaštiti dostojanstva radnika u pogledu Zakona o suzbijanju diskriminacije, kao i osvrt na vrste diskriminacije koje danas poznajemo. Svrha je zakonodavstva da zaštiti pravo i dostojanstvo radnika donošenjem propisa kojima se radnici štite. Mehanizmi koje radnici mogu koristiti su tužbe po Zakonu o suzbijanju diskriminacije.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final work is the protection of the dignity of workers. The dignity of workers in the Republic of Croatia is an important form of worker protection. The dignity of workers at work is endangered by acts of harassment, sexual harassment, as well as various other forms of discrimination on the basis of some of the prohibited discriminatory grounds. It directly orders the employer to protect the dignity of workers. The paper analyzes the anti-discrimination law in the Republic of Croatia, as well as a special review of mobbing, which is increasingly present in the work environment. The central part of the paper is dedicated to the protection of the dignity of workers with regard to the Anti-Discrimination Act, as well as a review of the types of discrimination we know today. The purpose of legislation is to protect the rights and dignity of workers by enacting regulations to protect workers. The mechanisms that workers can use are lawsuits under the Anti-Discrimination Act.
