Attitudes about work and job satisfaction are an unavoidable factor in the functioning of the organization and the successful implementation of its strategic goals. Attitudes have been of interest to researchers for years trying to discern the relationship between attitudes and behaviors, that is, how much attitudes afect or do not affect patterns of behavior and the overall effectivness of employee work processes. The aim of this paper is to explain the most common attitudes about work and to address in detail the issue of job satisfaction, which is one of the variables of the model of organizational behavior and one of the most used research subjects in the successful operation of the organization. In order to better understand the issue of studying attitudes and their impact on employee performance and ultimately the organization's business, it is necessary to break them down into types, determine their components and present the impact on the work environment and how the work environment affects the formation of positive or negative attitudes. People are different, different individuals will react differently in different situations, but the main assumption is that a satisfied employee will be more productive than a dissatisfied employee, and attitude, respectively job satisfaction, plays a key role in that.
