Abstract
Kohezijska (regionalna) politika jedna je od najvažnijih politika koje provodi Europska Unija. Tema i cilj ovog rada je prikazati značaj kohezijske politike za razvojne projekte u RH, s detaljnijim osvrtom na programsko razdoblje od 2021. do 2027. Godine. Pri tome će se uz osnovna obilježja kohezijske politike prikazati i učinci dosadašnje implementacije kohezijske politike. U prvom djelu rada opisuje se ideja kohezije, osnovna obilježja kohezijske politike te kratka povijest nastajanja kohezijske politike. Navođenje i objašnjenje fondova kao bitnih instrumenta za provedbu kohezijske politike. Nakon toga slijedi osvrt na kohezijsku politiku EU u razdoblju od 2021. do 2027. godine i glavni ciljevi te promjene koje su nastale u navedenom razdoblju. Zatim slijedi poglavlje utjecaja kohezijske politike na RH, s osvrtom na prethodno razdoblje (2014. - 2020.) - izvješće o iskorištenosti fondova, te nova podjela RH na statističke regije (NUTS 2021) kao i prijedlozi vlade RH za programsko razdoblje od 2021. do 2027. u okviru kohezijske politike. Nakon navedenog slijedi navođenje određenih projekata u RH koji su predviđeni u okviru kohezijske politike za programsko razdoblje 2021. - 2027.
Abstract (english)
Cohesion (regional) policy is one of the most significant policies pursued by the European Union. The topic and goal of this paper are to present the importance of cohesion policy for development projects in the Republic of Croatia, with a detailed review of the programming period from 2021. to 2027. In addition to the basic features of cohesion policy and the effects of cohesion policy implementation. The first part of the paper describes the cohesion idea, the basic features of cohesion policy, and its brief formation history. Then, explaining and listing the funds as essential instruments for the implementation of cohesion policy. Up next is a review of the EU cohesion policy in 2021. – 2027., the fundamental goals, and the changes that occurred in that period. The next chapter is about the impact of cohesion policy on the Republic of Croatia with a review of the previous period (2014. -2020.). A report on the fund's usage and the new division of the Republic of Croatia into statistical regions (NUTS 2021) within cohesion policy. The final chapter contains an envisaged list of the particular projects in the Republic of Croatia within the cohesion policy for the programming period 2021. - 2027.
