Abstract
Tema ovoga rada bavi se prikazom poslovnih rezultata kompanije Vindija za 2019. godinu. U sklopu će se analizirati financijske metode i na temelju financijskih pokazatelja analizirati uspješnost poslovanja poduzeća Vindija za razdoblje 2019. godine. Analizirati će se uzročno posljedične veze kroz perspektivno poslovanje poduzeća. Analiza će obuhvatiti bilancu, račun dobiti i gubitka te izvještaj o novčanom toku. Po provođenju analize poslovanja poduzeća napravit će se analiza poslovanja putem pokazatelja da bi se vidjelo ukazuju li odabrani pokazatelji na perspektivno poslovanje poduzeća. Utvrditi će se važnost praćenja i analiziranja poslovanja poduzeća Vindija d.d., te na temelju financijskih izvještaja pokazati parametre uspješnosti poslovanja. Poslovanje u takvim uvjetima sve više naglašava značenje upravljanja, a upravljanje poslovanjem nije moguće bez odgovarajuće informacijske podloge. Kroz analize upoznat ćemo se sa poslovanjem poduzeća Vindija d.d. za razdoblje 2018./2019. godine u vrijeme vladanja pandemije COVID-19. Analizirat će se podaci unutar financijskih izvještaja.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is the presentation of the business results of the company Vindija for 2019. As part of this, financial methods will be analyzed and based on financial indicators, the business performance of Vindija for the period 2019 will be analyzed. The causal relationships through the promising business of the company will be analyzed. The analysis will include the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement. After conducting an analysis of the company's operations, an analysis of the business will be made through indicators to see if the selected indicators indicate the company's promising operations. The importance of monitoring and analyzing the business of the company Vindija d.d. will be determined and based on the financial reports will show the parameters of business success. Doing business in such conditions increasingly emphasizes the importance of management, and business management is not possible without an appropriate information base. Through the analysis we will get acquainted with the business of Vindija d.d. for the period 2018/2019 during the reign of the COVID-19 pandemic. The data within the financial statements will be analyzed.
