Abstract
Porez na dobitjejedan od izravnih poreza kojeg plaćaju trgovačka društva, a koja samostalno i trajno obavljaju gospodarsku djelatnost radi stjecanja dobiti ili drugih procjenjivih koristi.U ovom radu promatrati će se faze u postupku normativnog uređenja sustava oporezivanja korporativne dobiti u Republici Hrvatskoj od 1990. godine pa do danas.Također, u radu će se usporediti oporezivanje korporativne dobiti u Republici Hrvatskoj i Republici Srbiji te će seanaliziratirazlike u provedbenom postupku prilikom izrade porezne bilance, odnosno prijave poreza na dobit. Odgovoriti će se kritički na pitanje da li je Republika Hrvatskazanimljivija stranim investitorima jer ima snažnije institucije i stabilnije gospodarstvoteuživa u podršcidržava članica EU, iliRepublika Srbija koja je tek započela sa pristupnim pregovorima Europskoj uniji i zemlja je sa većim fiskalnim rizikom.Na kraju rada, autor će slobodno navestireforme u oporezivanja korporativne dobitikao prijedlog izlaska iz poreznog labirinta. Abstract (english)
Income tax is one of the direct taxes paid by companies that independently and permanently carry on economic activity for the purpose of obtaining profits or other estimates of profits. This paper will look into the phases of the normative arrangement of corporate taxation system in the Republic of Croatia since 1990 until today.Also, the work will compare the taxation of corporate profits in the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Serbia and will analyse the differences in the implementation process when drawing up the tax balance, i.e. the tax return.It will be critical to the question whether the Republic of Croatia is more interesting to foreign investors because it has stronger institutions, a more stable economy and enjoys the support of EU member states or it is the Republic of Serbia which has just started accession negotiations with the European Union and is the country with a higher fiscalrisk.
