Abstract
Ovaj rad u teorijskom dijelu istražuje benchmarking kao strategiju, dok ju u praktičnom dijelu promatra na primjeru jedne od triju odabranih tehnoloških kompanija. Autorica kroz osobno iskustvo rada u jednoj od tehnoloških kompanija navodi strategije benchmarkinga s posebnim naglaskom na aktivnosti u direktnoj prodaji. Zaključak rada je da primjena benchmarking strategije u tehnološkim kompanijama doprinosi stvaranju konkurentske prednosti te lakšem kreiranju razlikovnosti u odnosu na konkurenciju.
Abstract (english)
In the theoretical part, this paper explores benchmarking as a strategy, while in the practical part it is observed on the example of selected technology companies. Through personal experience of working in one of the technology companies, the author states benchmarking strategies with special emphasis on activities in direct sales. The conclusion of the paper is that the application of the benchmarking strategy in technology companies contributes to the creation of a competitive advantage and easier creation of differentiation in relation to the competition.
