Abstract
U ovom završnom radu analizirano je obrazovanje za potrebe poduzetništva. Prikazano je kako fleksibilne i suvremene metode poučavanja, kao što su online tečajevi, radionice i mentoring, omogućuju poduzetnicima da se obrazuju u područjima koja su važna za njihovo poslovanje i razvoj poduzetništva. Partnerstvo i umrežavanje s drugim poduzećima i stručnjacima također su važni faktori za razvoj inovativnih poslovnih modela i proizvoda te za priliku za rast. Nastavni planovi i programi koji odgovaraju potrebama društva i poslovanja trebaju biti prilagođeni potrebama tržišta i društva te se redovito ažurirati kako bi se osiguralo da se poduzetnici obrazuju u najnovijim trendovima i praksama. Nastavni planovi i programi trebaju biti fleksibilni, prilagođeni potrebama pojedinih poduzetnika i njihovih poslovnih ciljeva te uključivati različite oblike obrazovanja kao što su online tečajevi, radionice, mentorstvo, praktična iskustva i suradnja s poslovnom zajednicom.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, education for the needs of entrepreneurship is analyzed. It is shown how flexible and modern teaching methods, such as online courses, workshops and mentoring, enable entrepreneurs to be educated in areas that are important for their business and entrepreneurship development. Partnerships and networking with other companies and experts are also important factors for the development of innovative business models and products and for the opportunity for growth. Curricula and programs that meet the needs of society and business should be adapted to the needs of the market and society and be regularly updated to ensure that entrepreneurs are educated in the latest trends and practices. Curricula should be flexible, adapted to the needs of individual entrepreneurs and their business goals, and include various forms of education such as online courses, workshops, mentoring, practical experiences and cooperation with the business community.
