Abstract
Pojam odnosi s javnošću mijenjao se kroz povijest i prilagođavao raznim profesijama. Danas gotovo da i nema područja u kojem odnosi s javnošću nisu zastupljeni i razvijeni. Promet i javni prijevoz jedna je od djelatnosti kojoj su odnosi s javnošću važna stavka u cjelokupnom poslovanju. Zagrebački javni prijevoz i tvrtka koja nad prijevozom u gradu Zagrebu ima monopol - Zagrebački električni tramvaj, svoje je vještine odnosa s javnošću razvijala od samih početaka, od kraja 19. stoljeća. Odnosi s javnošću doprinijeli su stvaranju i građenju poslovanja Zagrebačkog električnog tramvaja kakvog poznajemo danas.
Abstract (english)
The concept of public relations has changed throughout history and adapted to various professions. Today, there is almost no area in which public relations are not represented and developed. Traffic and public transport are one of the activities for which public relations are an important element in the overall business. Zagreb Public Transport and the company that has a monopoly over transport in the city of Zagreb - Zagreb Electric Tram, developed its public relations skills from the very beginning, from the end of the 19th century. Public relations contributed to the creation and building of the business of the Zagreb Electric Tram as we know it today.
