Abstract
IT sektor jedan je od onih sektora gdje se događaju brze tehnološke promjene, a njegov razvoj događa se kroz projektne procese. Stoga je od iznimne važnosti biti upoznat s različitim metodama za upravljanje projektima, njihovim prednostima i nedostacima. Odabirom najprikladnijih metoda za određeni projekt olakšava se rad članova timova na zadatcima tijekom izvršenja projekta i doprinosi se njegovoj uspješnoj realizaciji. Tema ovog rada su agilne metodologije i njihovo unapređenje u projektnim procesima IT sektora. U teorijskom dijelu nalazi se opisi najpopularnijih metodologija i alata projektnog menadžmenta, dok se u praktičnom dijelu analiziraju njihove stvarne primjene, benefiti koje donose, ali i problemi na koje se nailazi kod njihove implementacije. Praktični primjeri pojašnjavaju primjenu i problematiku agilnih metodologija, te daju preporuke za njihovo unapređenje.
Abstract (english)
The IT sector is one of those sectors where rapid technological changes occur and its development occurs through project procedures. Therefore, it is extremely important to be familiar with different methods for project management, their advantages and disadvantages. Choosing the most appropriate methods for a specific project makes it easier for team members to work on tasks during the execution of the project, and contributes to its successful realization. The topic of this paper is agile methodologies and their improvement in project processes of the IT sector. The theoretical part contains descriptions of the most popular project management methodologies and tools, while the practical part analyzes their real applications, the benefits they bring, but also the problems encountered during their implementation. Practical examples clarify the application and issues of agile methodologies, and provide recommendations for their improvement.
