Abstract | Građevinska industrija, poznata po svojoj složenosti i dinamičnosti, često se suočava s brojnim izazovima kao što su prekoračenje rokova, prekoračenje budžeta i niska produktivnost. Tradicionalni pristupi upravljanju projektima, poput vodopadnog modela, često se pokazuju nedovoljno fleksibilnima za adresiranje ovih izazova. S obzirom na to, agilni menadžment koji se dokazao u IT sektoru i drugim industrijama, nudi inovativne alate i tehnike koje bi mogle unaprijediti učinkovitost i uspješnost građevinskih projekata. Agilni menadžment naglašava prilagodljivost, kolaboraciju i iterativni razvoj što omogućava timovima da brže odgovore na promjene i bolje se prilagode zahtjevima klijenata. Primjena agilnih metoda poput Scruma i Kanbana u građevinskoj industriji može pomoći u boljem planiranju, upravljanju resursima i povećanju transparentnosti u svim fazama projekta. Kroz detaljnu analizu i usporedbu tradicionalnih i agilnih pristupa rad će pružiti jasnu sliku o potencijalnim prednostima agilnog menadžmenta u građevinarstvu. Rezultati istraživanja će ponuditi nove uvide u učinkovitost agilnog menadžmenta u građevinskoj industriji te će služiti kao temelj za praktične preporuke građevinskim tvrtkama. Abstract (english) | The construction industry, known for its complexity and dynamism, often faces numerous challenges such as exceeding deadlines, exceeding budgets, and low productivity. Traditional approaches to project management, such as the waterfall model, often prove insufficiently flexible to address these challenges. With this in mind, agile management, which has proven itself in the IT sector and other industries, offers innovative tools and techniques that could improve the efficiency and success of construction projects. Agile management emphasizes adaptability, collaboration, and iterative development, which enables teams to respond more quickly to changes and better adapt to client requirements. The application of agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban in the construction industry can help in better planning, resource management, and increased transparency in all phases of the project. Through a detailed analysis and comparison of traditional and agile approaches, the paper will provide a clear picture of the potential advantages of agile management in construction. The research results will offer new insights into the effectiveness of agile management in the construction industry, and will serve as a basis for practical recommendations to construction companies.
