Abstract
U radu se istražuju elektroničke usluge Porezne uprave Republike Hrvatske, s posebnim osvrtom na sustav ePorezna kao ključni alat za digitalizaciju poreznih procesa. Cilj rada je detaljno prikazati ulogu i važnost ePorezne u modernizaciji javne uprave, olakšavanju poreznih obveza građanima i poduzećima te doprinosu smanjenju administrativnog opterećenja. Analizirane su glavne funkcionalne mogućnosti sustava, kao što su elektroničko podnošenje poreznih obrazaca, pregled poreznih kartica, upravljanje ovlaštenjima i mogućnosti komunikacije s poreznom upravom. Posebna pažnja posvećena je sigurnosnim mehanizmima koji osiguravaju zaštitu podataka i privatnost korisnika. U radu se također opisuje utjecaj ePorezne na povećanje učinkovitosti u naplati poreza, smanjenje troškova poslovanja i ubrzanje administrativnih postupaka, pridonoseći boljoj suradnji poreznih obveznika i državnih institucija. Korištenje ovog sustava predstavlja značajan iskorak u digitalnoj transformaciji javne uprave, promiče veću transparentnost, bržu obradu podataka i bolje poštivanje zakonskih obveza.
Abstract (english)
The paper examines the electronic services of the Tax Administration of the Republic of Croatia, with special reference to the eTax system as a key tool for digitizing tax processes. The aim of the paper is to show in detail the role and importance of eTax in the modernization of public administration, the facilitation of tax obligations for citizens and businesses, and the contribution to reducing the administrative burden. The main functional possibilities of the system were analyzed, such as electronic submission of tax forms, review of tax cards, management of authorizations and possibilities of communication with the tax administration. Special attention is paid to security mechanisms that ensure data protection and user privacy. The paper also describes the impact of ePorezna on increasing efficiency in tax collection, reducing business costs and speeding up administrative procedures, contributing to better cooperation between taxpayers and state institutions. The use of this system represents a significant step forward in the digital transformation of public administration, promotes greater transparency, faster data processing and better compliance with legal obligations.
