Abstract
Obiteljski menadžment primjenjuje procese znanja, vještine, metode i iskustva koje usmjerava na aktivnosti koje su potrebne kako bi se zadovoljili zahtjevi projekata. Uspješno izvršavanje projekata čini sretne sve sudionike obitelji i cijelu obitelj, kao i ostale zaposlenike koji nisu članovi obitelji. Kako bi organizacije osigurale svoju konkurentnost na tržištu i ojačale potrebno je motivirati i pružati nagrade zaposlenicima. Od posebne važnosti je mjera kojom se potiče razvoj obiteljskog menadžmenta i stvara pozitivno okruženje za rast i razvoj poduzeća. Određenim metodama potrebno je uključiti mlade ljude kao nove vlasnike obiteljskih poduzeća da svojim znanjem i pravilnim odlukama donesu razvoj i sačuvaju imovinu. Ključ uspješnog poduzeća je odlučan i obrazovan menadžment koji se ne boji prepreka i odlučno suočava sa svakidašnjim izazovima.
Abstract (english)
Family management applies the processes, knowledge, skills, methods and experiences that focus on the activities needed to meet project requirements. Succeedingly satisfying project execution makes all family participants and the whole family happy, as well as other employees who are not family members. In order for organizations to ensure their competitiveness in the market and strengthen it is necessary to motivate and provide rewards to employees. Of particular importance is the measure that encourages the development of family management and creates a positive environment for the growth and development of the company. Certain methods need to involve young people as new owners of family businesses to use their knowledge and the right decisions to bring development and preserve property. The key to a successful company is a determined and educated management that is not afraid of obstacles and resolutely faces everyday challenges.
