Abstract | U ovom radu kao poslovni plan prikazano je otvaranje caffe bara na atraktivnoj lokaciji u Osijeku. Cilj rada bit će prikazati primjer poslovnog plana i ukazati na važnost izrade i prednosti izrade poslovnog plana prije poduzetničkog pothvata. Poslovni plan je važan jer na jednom mjestu sadrži i ističe sve bitne sastavnice pothvata. Baviti se ugostiteljstvom opsežan je i kompleksan posao, stoga zahtjeva temeljitu i dobru pripremu. Ekonomski učinci na poslovanje presudni su u bilo kojem poduzetničkom pothvatu. Tako se u ovom radu tablično prikazuju sva planirana ulaganja, troškovi, svi prihodi i rashodi te isplativost ovog poslovnog plana. Kao pojam, ugostiteljstvo se opisuje kao djelatnost koja se bavi pripremom i prodajom pića i hrane te rekreacijske i smještajne djelatnosti u prilagođenim objektima. Pojavom i jačanjem trgovine, razvijalo se i ugostiteljstvo, prvotno kao krčme, prenoćišta ili svratišta u većim trgovačkim središtima kao što su luke, naselja nastala na poznatim trgovačkim putovima, sajmištima i dr.
Kao takvo, obuhvaća dvije skupine poslova: pružanje usluga smještaja iznajmljivanjem soba, apartmana, objekata za kampiranje, bungalova (hoteli, apartmani, moteli, pansioni, odmarališta) i slično i pružanje usluga pripreme i serviranja hrane i pića u objektima predviđenima za to (restorani, barovi, gostionice, slastičarne, bistroi, pivnice...). |
Abstract (english) | In this business plan is presented opening of the caffe bar in an attractive location in Osijek. The aim of the paper will be to present an example of a business plan and point out the importance of making and advantages of making a business plan before an entrepreneurial venture. A business plan is important because in one place contains all the essential components of a venture. Dealing with catering is an extensive and complex job, so it requires thoroughly and good preparation. Economic effects on business are crucial in any entrepreneurial venture. Because of that, in this paper are in tables presented all planned investments, costs, all revenues and expenditures and the profitability of this business plan.
As a term, catering is described as an activity that deals with the preparation and sale of beverages and food, as well as recreational and accommodation activities in custom facilities. With the advent and strengthening of trade, catering was developed, originally as taverns, lodging or hostels in major shopping centers such as ports, settlements created on famous shopping routes, fairgrounds, etc. As such, it encompasses two groups of businesses: providing accommodation services by renting rooms , apartments, camping facilities, bungalows (hotels, apartments, motels, guesthouses, resorts) and the like and providing food and beverage preparation and serving services in the facilities provided for it (restaurants, bars, inns, patisseries, bistros, pubs, etc.). |
