U radu se analizira vanjska okolina poduzeća. Predstavljena je teoretska podloga za analizu vanjske okoline i eksternih potencijala, odnosno analizirat će se makrookolina poduzeća putem PEST analize i mikrookolina poduzeća putem analize industrijske strukture – Porterov model konkurentskih snaga. Također, obrađen je praktični primjer, odnosno empirijsko istraživanje na primjeru malog poduzeća Nuga Best & Kereta d.o.o. koje je svojevrsan poduzetnički pothvat autora. Nuga Best je brand... This paper analyzes the external environment of companies. Furthermore it presents the theoretical basis for the analysis of external environment and potentials through the analysis of macroenvironment using the PEST analysis and microenvironment of companies using the analysis of industrial structure - Porter's model of competitive forces.
