Abstract
Implementacija SAP sustava u Hep Elektri d.o.o. proces je koji bi trebao informatizirati procese obračuna, izrade računa, naplate računa i poboljšati odnose s kupcima. Ovim rješenjem modernizira se poslovanje jedinog energetskog subjekta ovlaštenog za pružanje javne usluge opskrbe za električnom energijom u Hrvatskoj. U diplomskom radu prikazat će se što su informacijski sustavi, te što u današnje vrijeme znači informatika. U trećem poglavlju se govori općenito o ERP sustavu, te nastavak o samom SAP sustavu. U petom poglavlju govorit će se o Hep Elektri d.o.o., te o samom uvođenju SAP sustava u istu. U samom završetku provest će se istraživanje samih korisnika o uvođenju Sap sustava.
Abstract (english)
Implementation of SAP system in Hep Elektra d.o.o. is the process supposed to informatize the processes of calculation, account creation, billing and improving customer relationships. This solution modernizes the business of the only energy entity authorized to provide public electricity supply services in Croatia. This graduate thesis will show what information systems are, and what informatics means today. The third chapter discusses the ERP system in general, and the continuation of the SAP system itself. The fifth chapter will discuss Hep Elektra d.o.o. and implementation of SAP system. At the end of the thesis is conducted survey on users of the Sap system.
