Abstract
Pitanje zašto se ljudi organiziraju od pamtivijeka, koje su prednosti organizacije, koje benefite možemo očekivati ako se organiziramo, u tome su svi autori složni. Međutim, odgovor na pitanje kako se dobro organizirati nije jednostavan. Cilj je ovoga rada da se korištenjem jednog doista malog dijela iz fundusa bogate literature koja se odnosi na organizaciju, na primjeren način sustavno izlože spoznaje koje se odnose na načela organizacije.
