Abstract
Predmet ovoga rada jeutjecaj troškovanafinancijski rezultat poslovanja poduzeća.Postoje razliĉite vrste troškova kao i kriteriji za klasifikaciju troškova što je u radu detaljnije objašnjeno i definirano. Podjela troškova najĉešće ovisi o potrebama mendžera za donošenje poslovnih odluka. Menadžment poduzeća pri donošenju odluka o poslovnim aktivnostima mora pratiti troškove kako bi se, uz ograniĉene financijske resurse, donijele odluke koje donose dobit odnosno profit za poduzećešto nužno ne... More mora znaĉiti da se troškovi trebaju pod svaku cijenu snižavati. Cilj ovoga rada je ukazati na važnost upravljanja troškovima s naglaskom na metode obraĉuna troškova koje menadžment koristi prilikom praćenja i identificiranja troškovašto u konaĉnici dovodi do ostvarivanja profitabilnosti poduzeća i konkurentske prednosti. Na primjeru poduzeća Saponia d.d. napravljen je i prikazan izraĉun horizontalneanalize troškovakao i vertikalne analize troškova, a isti su od velike važnosti te mogu utjecati pozitivno ili negativno na samo poslovanje i financijski rezultat poduzeća. Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is the impact of costs on the financial performance of an enterprise. There are different types of costs and criteria for classifying costs, which are explained and defined in more detail in the paper. Cost sharing usually depends on the manager's decision-making needs. When making business decisions, business management must monitor costs so that, with limited financial resources, decisions are made that make a profit or profit for the company, which does not... More necessarily mean that costs should be reduced at all costs. The aim of this paper is to emphasize the importance of cost management with an emphasis on costing methods used by management in monitoring and identifying costs, which ultimately leads to the achievement of enterprise profitability and competitive advantage. On the example of Saponia d.d. Horizontal cost analysis and vertical cost analysis calculations are made and presented, which are of great importance and can have a positive or negative impact on the business and financial performance of the company.
