Abstract
Organizacijska struktura je iznimno bitna za svaku organizaciju jer omogućava neometano i uspješno obavljanje postavljenih ciljeva. Kvalitetno organiziran rad značajno olakšava poslovanje, točno određuje pojedina radna mjesta i zaposlenici znaju kome se obratiti ukoliko imaju poteškoća u radu. Struktura poslovanja se formira ovisno o djelatnosti kojom se bavimo, proizvodima koje stvaramo ili uslugama koje pružamo. Važno je naglasiti kako je nju moguće mijenjati tijekom poslovanja te se zapravo mora prilagođavati izazovima posla. Na konkretnom primjeru tvrtke Posrche Inter Auto d. o. o. prikazat ćemo organizacijsku strukturu.
Abstract (english)
The organizational structure is extremely important for any organization because it enables the smooth and successful performance of set goals. Quality organized work significantly facilitates business, precisely determines individual jobs and employees know who to turn to if they have difficulties in work. The structure of the business is formed depending on the activity we are engaged in, the products we create or the services we provide. It is important to emphasize that it is possible to change it during the business and in fact it must adapt to the challenges of the job. On the concrete example of the company Posrche Inter Auto Ltd. we will show the organizational structure.
