Abstract
Veliki val migracija je započeo 2015. godine i tada su svi kao stanovnici svijeta bili upoznati sa izbjegličkom krizom. Već je odavno utvrđeno zbog čega migranti sele tj. odlaze iz svojih država. Najveći priljev prema statistikama izbjeglica i migranata dolazi iz Bliskog Istoka i Sjeverne Afrike i odlaze u odredišta za koje smatraju da imaju povoljnije uvjete za život. Hrvatska je kao zemlja bila nezaobilazna jer se zbog svog geografskog položaja nalazi na putu prema drugim državama koje su zanimljivije i razvijenije nego Hrvatska i njihov ostanak u njoj. U ovom završnom radu su objašnjeni ključni pojmovi poput migracija, emigracija i imigracija te je također razrađen i povijesni razvoj imigracija u Republici Hrvatskoj i sam uvid u gospodarstvo zemlje povezan sa zaposlenošću.
Abstract (english)
The big wave of migration starts in 2015 and then we were all residents of the world who were introduced to the refugee crisis. It has already been selected why migrants move from their country. The biggest influx, according to statistics on avoidance and migrants, come from the Middle East and North Africa and go to destinations for which they should have favourable living conditions. Croatia, as a country was unavoidable because due to its geographical position, it is on its way to other countries that are more interesting and developed than Croatia and their survival in country. In this final paper, key concepts such as migration, emigration and immigration and thee historical development of immigration in the Republic of Croatia an insight into the economy associated with employment.
