Abstract
Organizacije koje žele biti uspješne i postići konkurentnost na tržištu, trebaju biti svjesne da to neće uspjeti bez kvalitetnog vodstva odnosno vođe. Menadžeri vođe sa svojim stilom, pristupom, osobinama i kompetencijama vrše utjecaj na svoje suradnike te na taj način svi skupa mogu doprinijeti uspjehu ili propasti organizacije. Uspješne i moderne organizacije vode računa o izgradnji kvalitetnog vodstva jer je ono bitno za rješavanju različitih poslovnih situacija, problema i odnosa što u konačnici donosi stratešku prednost organizaciji. Slijedom toga, takve organizacije žele razvijati zdravo okruženje koje će poticati suradnički odnos između menadžera vođe s podređenima (sljedbenicima) na način da se razvija kvalitetan motivacijski sustav, asertivna komunikacija te da se moć i utjecaj vrši kroz stručnost, znanje i dobre međuljudske odnose.
Abstract (english)
Organizations that strive to be successful and achieve competitiveness in the market should be aware that they would not succeed without quality leadership. Leader managers with their style, approach, characteristics and competencies influence their associates and in this way, they jointly can contribute to the success or failure of an organization. Successful and modern organizations take care of building quality leadership because it is essential for solving various business situations, problems and relationships, which ultimately brings a strategic advantage to an organization. Consequently, such organizations want to develop a healthy environment that will foster a collaborative relationship between manager leaders and subordinates (followers) by developing a quality motivational system, assertive communication, and by ensuring that power and influence are exerted through expertise, knowledge, and good interpersonal relationships.
