Abstract
Društveno odgovorno poslovanje u današnje vrijeme ima sve veći značaj. Ono se ne odnosi na način poslovanja koje samo postupa odgovorno nego i na povezanost poduzeća s društvom, a to se iskazuje putem brige za radnike, okoliš i društvo. Implementacijom takvog načina poslovanja pruža mnoge prednosti kao što su dugoročna održivost, financijska sigurnost te konkurentska prednost. Većina poduzeća dobrovoljno djeluje u skladnu smjernicama društveno odgovornog poslovanja, ali možemo naći primjere gdje poduzeća djeluju sukladno smjernicama i izdanim normama jer su prisiljeni na to. Jedno od poduzeća koje dobrovoljno i aktivno djeluje u odgovornom ponašanju je Zagrebačka pivovara koja ujedno i svoje ciljeve ostvaruje kroz isto.
Abstract (english)
Socially responsible business is becoming increasingly important nowadays. It does not refer to a way of doing business that only acts responsibly but also to the company's connection with society, and this is expressed through care for workers, the environment and society. Implementing such a way of doing business provides many advantages such as long-term sustainability, financial security and competitive advantage. Most companies voluntarily act in accordance with the guidelines of corporate social responsibility, but we can find examples where companies act in accordance with the guidelines and issued norms because they are forced to do so. One of the companies that voluntarily and actively acts in responsible behavior is Zagrebačka pivovara, which also achieves its goals through the same.
