Abstract
Od velikog je značaja biti žena poduzetnica. Danas je mnogo žena poduzetnica koje kreću u poduzetnički poduhvat, unatoč brojnim preprekama, izazovima i predrasudama, s rizikom, ali krajnjim ciljem ostvarivanjem zarade. Žene poduzetnice na taj način pridonose rastu hrvatskog gospodarstva. To upućuje na važnost poticanja žena u ulazak u poduzetnički svijet, pritom pružajući im potpore. Jedan od temeljnih ciljeva rada je pokazati značajnosti ženskog poduzetništva. Cilj rada je i objasniti pojmove ženskog poduzetništva, te žene poduzetnice. Iz primjera triju ženskih poduzetnica i analizom njihovog poduzetničkog poduhvata može se uočiti da su žene sposobne ostvariti uspjeh u svijetu poduzetništva, te da žena poduzetnica zaslužuje biti ravnopravna s muškim poduzetnicima.
Abstract (english)
It is from great importance to be female entrepreneur. Today is a lot of women who go in the entrepreneurial venture, despite all those threats, challenges and prejudices, also with risk, but with the ultimate goal to reach profit. Female entrepreneurs in that way contribute to the growth of Croatian economy. That inidicate on importance to encourage women to go in the entrepreneurial world, while providing them support. One of the basic aims of the paper is to show significance of female entrepreneurship. Aim of the paper is explaininig terms of female entrepreneurship and female entrepreneur. From the examples of three female entreprenurs and by analyzing their entrepreneurial venture, it can see that women are capable to reach success in the entrepreneurial world and female entrepreneur deserves to be equal with male entrepreneur.
