Abstract
U današnjem svijetu internet je glavno oruđe pomoću kojeg dolazimo do informacija. Svaka se vijest, osobito ona negativna, u roku od nekoliko trenutaka lako raširi po cijeloj zemlji, a i šire te je potrebno brzo reagirati kako bi se donekle moglo upravljati mogućim negativnim ishodima tijekom nastanka i za vrijeme krize. Krizno komuniciranje jedna od najbitnijih grana odnosa s javnošću. Komunikacija tijekom krize smatra se jednom od glavnih karika o kojoj ovisi u kojem smjeru će se kriza odviti – pozitivnom ili negativnom. Iako ne može utjecati na njezin nastanak, dobar krizni menadžment itekako svojim ispravnim odlukama i načinom komuniciranja može dovesti do prestanka krize ili barem do ublažavanja njezinih negativnih posljedica.
Abstract (english)
In today's world Internet is the main tool which we use to reach any information. Every news, especially the bad one, within only few moments, is easily spread around the country and beyond and it is necessary to act promptly in order to be able to manage possible negative outcomes during the crisis. Crisis communication is one of the most important field of public relations. During crisis communication is considered to be one of the main links on which depend in which direction will the crisis take place – positive or negative. Although it cannot influence its occurrence, good crisis management with its correct decisions and way of communication can lead to the end of the crisis or at least to the mitigation of its consequences
