Abstract
U današnjem svijetu internet je glavno oruđe pomoću kojeg dolazimo do informacija. Svaka se vijest, osobito ona negativna, u roku od nekoliko trenutaka lako raširi po cijeloj zemlji, a i šire te je potrebno brzo reagirati kako bi se donekle moglo upravljati mogućim negativnim ishodima tijekom nastanka i za vrijeme krize. In today's world Internet is the main tool which we use to reach any information.
