Abstract
Obradom problematike odgovornosti menadžera i njegova upravljanja iz perspektive poslovne etike u ovom preddiplomskom stručnom radu želi se ukazati na važnost provoĎenja poslovne etike u organizaciji kako bi poslovanje bilo uspješno, a s osvrtom na upravljački status koncerna „Agrokor“ i drugih inozemnih tvrtki. Poslovna etika sustav je temeljnih vrijednosti i pravila društvenog i organizacijskog ponašanja u organizaciji, a ona odreĎuje budućnost poslovanja, odnosno, hoće li poslovanje biti uspješno ili neuspješno. Ukoliko u poduzeću, u ovome slučaju menadžeru, nedostaje etičkih i moralnih načela, vrijednost poslovanja pada. Primjenom etičkih načela postižu se novi standardi koji obuhvaćaju vizije, misije i filozofije poslovanja. Ovaj rad analizira poslovanje i upravljanje te etičnost i moral triju poduzetnika iz različitih sektora. Ivica Todorić za trgovinu i usluge, David M Solomon iz bankarskog sektora te Steve Jobs za IT sektor.
Abstract (english)
This professional Bachelor’s thesis highlights the importance of business ethics and how implementing them creates success referring to domestic “Agrokor” company as well as other foreign companies. Business ethics is a system of fundamental values and rules of social and organizational behaviour in the business organization which determines the future of business, that is, whether the business will be successful or not. If the company, in this case the manager, lacks ethical and moral principles, the value of the business is reduced. Through the establishment of ethical principles, new standards which include visions, missions and business philosophies are set. This paper analyses the business and management, as well as the ethics and morals, of three entrepreneurs from different sectors: Ivica Todorić from the trade and services sector, David M Solomon from the banking sector, and Steve Jobs from the IT sector.
