Rasprave o upravi teško su zamislive bez Maxa Webera. Tako i ovaj rad započinje raspravu o jednoj novoj i modernoj doktrini u europskom upravnom prostoru, analizom Weberove ideje - od Weberove birokracije do webcrijanske javne uprave. Ključni koncept izvorno je koncipiran prije gotovo jednog stoljeća u njegovom djelu Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft no nadživio je modele i doktrine koji su bili konkurentni ili usporedni ideji birokracije. Abstract (english)
Discussion about public administration is hardly imaginable without Max Weber. Consequently, this paper initiates discussion about one particular, new and modem, doctrine in European administrative space, with analysis of Weber's idea - from Weber's public administration to Weberian public administration. Key concept is originally conceived almost a hundred years ago in his text Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft but it outlived models and doctrines alternative or parallel to the idea of... More bureaucracy. Especially, it is about New Public Management which reacted against hierarchy and bureaucracy to shift to markets and networks. The rise and demise of New Public Management contributed re-emergence of original Weberian concept by its modernization in neo-Weberian doctrine.
