Abstract
U radu se obrađuju radni odnosi i ugovor o radu. Radni odnosi se uređuju ugovorom o radu te se isti zasnivaju na neodređeno i određeno vrijeme. Rad obrađuje pojam i vrste radnog odnosa, zasnivanje radnog odnosa, uvjete za sklapanje ugovora o radu, obvezni sadržaj ugovora o radu. Nadalje, obrađuje razliku između ugovora o radu na neodređeno vrijeme i ugovora o radu na određeno vrijeme. Rad se zatim bavi prestankom ugovora o radu, a fokusirajući se na otkaz ugovora o radu.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with labor relations and employment contracts. Labor relations are governed by an employment contract and are based on an indefinite and a fixed term. The paper deals with the concept and types of labor relations, establishing an labor relations, conditions for concluding an employment contract, mandatory content of employment contracts. Furthermore, it addresses the difference between an employment contract for an indefinite period of time and an employment contract for a fixed period of time. The paper then deals with the termination of the employment contract.
