Abstract
U suvremenom digitalnom dobu, u kojem su ljudi neprestano povezani s internet uslugama, pojam chatbot postaje sveprisutan. Postupno, chatbot-ovi su se etablirali u raznim sektorima industrije. Bez obzira radi li se o varijantama chatbot-ova za pružanje korisničke podrške, online naručivanje ili kao virtualni vodiči kroz različite procese, njihova svrha je pružanje pomoći i olakšavanje rada tvrtkama. Uz to, omogućuju tvrtkama raspodjelu resursa agenata na zadatke veće složenosti. S druge strane, postoji širok spektar chatbot-ova koji služe internim djelatnicima tvrtke, bilo da se radi o novozaposlenim djelatnicima koji trebaju podršku i obuku ili visokopozicioniranim menadžerima koji koriste chatbot-ove za preliminarnu analizu statističkih podataka kako bi bolje usmjerili svoje odjele. Ovaj rad ima za cilj objasniti osnovne principe chatbot tehnologije, razmotriti različite vrste chatbot-ova i analizirati njihov razvoj. Proučit ćemo prednosti upotrebe chatbot-ova te kako ih optimalno primijeniti u različitim sektorima industrije. Također, suočit ćemo se s trenutnim etičkim izazovima povezanim s chatbot-ovima. Na kraju, razmotrit ćemo što budućnost nosi za ovu tehnologiju i gdje ćemo je susretati u nadolazećim vremenima.
Abstract (english)
In the modern digital age, where people are constantly connected to internet services, the concept of a chatbot is becoming increasingly widespread. Gradually, chatbots have established themselves in various sectors of the industry. Whether it's variations of chatbots for providing customer support, facilitating online orders, or serving as virtual guides through various processes, their purpose is to provide assistance and streamline operations for businesses. Additionally, they enable companies to allocate agent resources to more complex tasks. On the other hand, there is a wide spectrum of chatbots serving internal employees of a company, whether they are newly hired employees in need of support and training or highranking managers using chatbots for preliminary analysis of statistical data to better guide their departments. This paper aims to explain the fundamental principles of chatbot technology, consider different types of chatbots, and analyze their development. We will explore the advantages of using chatbots and how to best apply them across various industry sectors. Additionally, we will address current ethical challenges associated with chatbots. Finally, we will contemplate what the future holds for this technology and where we will encounter it in the coming years.
