Abstract | Ovaj rad teme „Razvoj ideje projekta - pokretanje agencije za digitalni marketing“ interpretira i analizira projektnu ideja pokretanja agencije za digitalni marketing. Prvotno se objašnjava smisao i cilj rada koji se reflektiraju u važnosti digitalnog marketinga u novom tehnološkom dobu. Shodno interpretaciji važnosti marketinga navodi se definicija digitalnog marketinga i to kroz prizmu različitih tumača i autora te značaj i trendovi istog u modernom svijetu. Kako bi se poduzeće smjestilo na tržište, definira se usluga, analizira konkurencija te navode svi podaci o investitoru koji se pobliže objašnjavaju u elaboraciji poduzetničke ideje. Središte poslovanja predstavljaju usluge koje poduzeće pruža te se one detaljno objašnjavaju kako u teorijskom tako i u praktičnom smislu. Središte ovog rada predstavlja ekonomsko financijska analiza u kojoj se provodi konkretni financijski izračuni koji dokazuju isplativost poduzetničke ideje. U ekonomsko-tržišnoj ocjeni obrađuje se tehnička struktura ulaganja, plan amortizacije, plan prodaje i plan rashoda. Na temelju ovih pretpostavljenih podataka moguće je projicirati račun dobiti i gubitka kao i bilancu koji predstavljaju najvažnije financijska izvješća za poduzeće. Nastavno, projekt se ekonomsko i tržišno ocjenjuje kroz različite metode koje poznaje ekonomsko-financijska matematika. Primjerice, utvrđuje se neto sadašnja vrijednost. Zbog principa agilnosti na kojima počiva ovaj projekt, bitno je utvrditi i rizike kako bi poduzeće moglo vješto doskočiti svih promjenama i prilagoditi se istima. U okviru agilnosti analizira se organizacijska struktura, ključne uloge i odgovornosti te timski rad koji je u središtu projektnog agilnog načina rada. Kako bi se detaljno definirao tržišno položaj poduzeća, provodi se SWOT i PESTLE analiza. S obzirom da je ova vrsta djelatnosti marginalna u pogledu etičnosti, kroz prizmu zakonodavnog okvira naglašava se važnost zaštite osobnih podataka. Provođenje sveobuhvatne analize na tržišnim i matematičkim načelima pružit će se baza za sve zainteresirane poduzetnike koji će moći vizualizirati ideju, ali i prednosti i nedostatke projekta. Potencijalne poduzetnike upoznaje se s agilnim metodama koje će moći implementirati i na svoje poslovne modele i poboljšati poslovanje. |
Abstract (english) | This thesis interprets and analyzes the project idea of starting a digital marketing agency. Initially, the meaning and goal of the work are explained, which are reflected in the importance of digital marketing in the new technological age. According to the interpretation of the importance of marketing, the definition of digital marketing is given through the prism of different interpreters and authors, as well as its significance and trends in the modern world. In order to place the company on the market, the service is defined, the competition is analyzed and all information about the investor is provided, which is explained in more detail in the elaboration of the business idea. The center of business is represented by the services provided by the company, which is explained in detail in both theoretical and practical terms. The center of this work is the economic and financial analysis in which specific financial calculations are carried out that prove the profitability of the entrepreneurial idea. In the economic-market evaluation, the technical structure of the investment, the depreciation plan, the sales plan and the expenditure plan are processed. Based on these assumed data, it is possible to project the profit and loss account as well as the balance sheet, which represent the most important financial reports for the company. Next, the project is economically and market evaluated through various methods known in economic and financial mathematics. For example, the present value is determined. Due to the principles of agility on which this project is based, it is important to determine the risks so that the company can skillfully respond to all changes and adapt to them. In the framework of agility, the organizational structure, key roles and responsibilities, and teamwork, which is at the center of the project's agile way of working, are analyzed. In order to define the company's market position in detail, a SWOT and PESTLE analysis is carried out. Given that this type of activity is marginal in terms of ethics, the importance of personal data protection is emphasized through the prism of the legislative framework. Conducting a comprehensive analysis based on market and mathematical principles will provide a basis for all interested entrepreneurs who will be able to visualize the idea, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the project. Potential entrepreneurs are introduced to agile methods that they will be able to implement in their business models and improve business. |
