Abstract
Ovaj završni rad istražuje razvoj društvenih mreža u kontekstu napretka i rasta interneta prema Web 3.0. Povijest društvenih mreža pokazuje kako su platforme evoluirale od jednostavnih komunikacijskih alata do kompleksnih sustava koji oblikuju društvenu interakciju i poslovanje. Web 3.0 donosi nove tehnologije poput decentraliziranih aplikacija, blockchaina i pametnih ugovora koje transformiraju društvene mreže stvarajući sigurnost, privatnost i korisničko orijentirane platforme. Analiziran je utjecaj društvenih mreža na malo i srednje poduzetništvo (MSP), s naglaskom na trenutne strategije korištenja, prednosti i izazove s kojima se suočavaju te kako te mreže doprinose njihovom poslovanju. Web 3.0 tehnologije uvode nove alate i metode koje značajno utječu na poslovne prakse MSP-ova, posebno kroz poboljšanu sigurnost, privatnost i decentralizaciju. Promjene u korisničkoj interakciji na društvenim mrežama također su istražene, pokazavši kako nove tehnologije mijenjaju načine komunikacije i interakcije. Te tako rad pruža praktične smjernice za MSP-ove u korištenju Web 3.0 tehnologija, uključujući ključne korake za njihovo usvajanje, integraciju decentraliziranih sustava i blockchain tehnologija te optimizaciju korištenja društvenih mreža u novom okruženju. Naglašavajući važnost prilagodbe poslovnih strategija MSP-ova kako bi iskoristili prednosti koje donosi Web 3.0.
Abstract (english)
This thesis explores the development of social media networks in the context of the internet's advancement and growth towards Web 3.0. The history of social networks demonstrates how platforms have evolved from simple communication tools to complex systems that shape social interaction and business. Web 3.0 introduces new technologies such as decentralized applications, blockchain and smart contracts which are transforming social networks by creating security, privacy and user-oriented platforms. The impact of social networks on small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) has been analyzed, with a focus on current usage strategies, advantages and challenges they face and also how these networks contribute to their business. Web 3.0 technologies introduce new tools and methods that significantly influence the business practices of SMEs, particularly through enhanced security, privacy and decentralization. Changes in user interaction on social networks have also been examined, showing how new technologies are altering communication and interaction methods. The thesis provides practical guidelines for SMEs in utilizing Web 3.0 technologies, including key steps for their adaptation and integration of decentralized systems and blockchain technologies. As well as the optimization of social network usage in the new environment, emphasizing the importance of adapting SMEs' business strategies to leverage the advantages offered by Web 3.0.
