Abstract
Turizam se posljednjih godina temeljito promijenio. Suvremeni turist traži jedinstvene doživljaje i autentična iskustva prilikom posjeta određenoj destinaciji. Hrvatska ima što ponuditi obzirom na bogatu povijest, kulturno nasljeđe i raznolikost. Milenijska tradicija uzgoja vinove loze i proizvodnja vina stvaraju izvrsne mogućnosti za razvoj vinskog turizma, osobito na području Dalmacije. Hrvatsko vinarstvo i vinogradarstvo doživjelo je velike promjene. Vinska industrija je izuzetno brzo napredovala i usvojene su sve najsuvremenije svjetske tehnologije i znanja. Vino je proizvod s izraženom perspektivnom razvoja, a poznato je da eno i gastro proizvode konzumiraju svi turisti, što Hrvatsku dovodi u poziciju sve jače mediteranske gourmet destinacije. Ovim radom nastoji se ukazati da se razvojem vinskog turizma u Republici Hrvatskoj može povećati konkurentnost te stvoriti preduvjeti za produženje turističke sezone, uz veći stupanj zadovoljstva i potrošnje turista. Kako u ovom području posebno treba ići u korak s trendovima, u skladu s tim je Hrvatskoj potreban jači marketinški nastup na tržištu, s naglaskom na autohtonost i posebnost vlastitog proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
Tourism has changed radically in recent years. The modern tourist is looking for unique and authentic experiences when visiting a particular destination. Croatia has a lot to offer given its rich history, cultural heritage and diversity. The millennial tradition of growing vines and wine production create excellent opportunities for the development of wine tourism, especially in Dalmatia. Croatian winemaking and viticulture has undergone great changes. The wine industry has progressed extremely quickly and all the world's most modern technologies and knowledge have been adopted. Wine is a product with a pronounced perspective of development, and it is known that eno and gastro products are consumed by all tourists, which puts Croatia in the position of an increasingly strong Mediterranean gourmet destination. This paper seeks to point out that the development of wine tourism in the Republic of Croatia can increase competitiveness and create preconditions for extending the tourist season, with a higher degree of satisfaction and consumption by tourists. As it should be kept up with trends in this area, Croatia needs a stronger marketing presence on the market, with an emphasis on the autochthony and uniqueness of its own product.
