Abstract
Važan dio poslovanja kompanije se odnosi na proizvodnju. Troškovi proizvodnje su ključan input u sveukupnom položaju poduzeća na tržištu. Precizno planiranje i pračenje troškova proizvodnje mogu biti ključne u tržišnom natjecanju. Primjer Cedevite kao vodeće prehrambene kompanije upravo potvrđuje važnost proizvodnje u ukupnoj profitabilnosti kompanije. Složen ali precizan informatički sustav predstavlja ključnu kariku u uspjehu kompanije. Zahvaljujući tom sustavu koji smo opisali kroz obračun proizvodnje Cedevite 1000g. poduzeće je uspjelo pratiti njenu profitabilnost kroz godine. Uz velika ulaganja u marketingu i uštedama u proizvodnji cedevita 1000g. je danas jedna od vodećih bezalkoholnih pića na hrvatskom tržištu.
Abstract (english)
A significant component of company management refers to the production. Its expenses are crucial input in the company’s general position in the market. Precise planning and tracking of production expenses could be crucial in the market competition. Example of Cedevita, the leading food industry company, confirms the importance of production in overall profitability of the company. Complex, but precise IT system plays a crucial role in the company’s success. Thanks to the system described through the calculation of Cedevita 1000g production, the company managed to track its profitability over the course of three years. Along with considerable investments in marketing and cutting down the production costs, Cedevita 1000g is one of the leading soft drinks on Croatian market.
