Abstract
Ovaj rad je podijeljen u četiri međusobno povezane cjeline. Uvod ukratko opisuje predmet i cilj rada. Također u uvodu se navode ključne početne informacije o temi koja je predmetom proučavanja. Drugo poglavlje pojašnjava sam pojam menadžmenta, te prikazuje neke od njegovih definicija. Opisuje se razvoj teorije menadžmenta te se navode temeljna načela na kojima počiva menadžment. Isto tako ukratko se osvrće na temeljna funkcionalna područja menadžmenta U trećem poglavlju definirat će se funkcija planiranja. Navest će se klasifikacija, dokumenti i etape planiranja. Zaključak daje kratak prikaz svih bitnih činjenica i spoznaja iz ovog rada, a također i moje mišljenje o menadžmentu i funkcijama menadžmenta.
Abstract (english)
This paper is divided into four interrelated entities. Introduction briefly describes the subject and purpose od the paper. The introduction also includes key information about the studies topic. The second chapter, clarifies the very concept of management and presents some of its definitions. The chapter describes the development of management theory and states the basic principles underlying management. It also briefly addresses the fundamental functional areas of management. The third chapter will defined planning function. Classification, documents and planning stages will be indicated and explained project desing tasks. The conclusion gives a brief overview of all relevant facts and findings from this paper, it is also my opinion on managment and managment functions.
