Abstract | Suvremene pravne države brojnim zakonima pokušavaju zaštititi svoje građane te im osigurati život u kojemu njihova ljudska prava neće biti ugrožena. Sloboda življenja koju danas uživaju brojni pripadnici modernog društva, građena je dugi niz godina, ali još uvijek ima dovoljno prostora za njezino unaprjeđenje. Razlog tome je nejednakost među ljudima koja i dalje postoji, a postavlja se pitanje hoće li ona ikada nestati. U tom kontekstu diskriminacija predstavlja problem globalne razine kao i izazov s kojim se svaka današnja pravna država mora suočiti. Diskriminacija može poprimiti različite oblike poput rasne, etničke, vjerske, socijalne, spolne, starosne itd., a osim poteškoća koje te negativne pojave predstavljaju za društvo, iste u nepovoljan položaj dovode i brojne pojedince koji zbog nejednakog postupanja ispaštaju čak i u radnom okruženju. Govoreći o neetičkom ponašanju na radnom mjestu vrlo je bitno osvrnuti se na pojam srodan diskriminaciji, poznatiji kao mobing. On ima svoje uzroke, faze, vrste, kao i preventivne mjere kojima ga se nastoji suzbiti. Fenomen mobinga otkriven je tek posljednjih godina dvadesetog stoljeća te trenutno predstavlja ozbiljan društveni problem zbog posljedica koje ostavlja na žrtve, organizacije i države. |
Abstract (english) | With numerous laws, modern legal States try to protect their citizens and provide them with a life in which their human rights will not be threatened. The freedom of living enjoyed today by many members of modern society has been built throughout the years, but there is still enough room to improve it. The reason for this is the inequality among people that still exists, and the question arises whether it will ever disappear. In this context, discrimination is a global problem as well as a challenge that every legal State today must face. Discrimination can take various forms, such as racial, ethnic, religious, social, sexual, age etc., and in addition to the difficulties posed by these negative phenomena for society, they are also disadvantaged by numerous individuals who, due to unequal treatment, suffer even in the working environment. Speaking of unethical behaviour in the workplace, it is very important to look at the concept related to discrimination, better known as mobbing. It has its causes, stages, types, as well as preventive measures to supress it. The mobbing phenomenon has only been discovered in last years of the twentieth century and is currently a serious social problem due to the consequences it leaves on the victims, organisations, and states. |
